The Promate Serix Hybrid ANC TWS Earbuds combine a six-microphone system with Hybrid ANC up to -45dB to reduce surrounding noise during music, travel and everyday listening. The same six-microphone array enhances voice pickup for clearer conversations, while Transparency Mode lets you hear more of your surroundings without removing the earbuds.

Each earbud features an 11mm / 32Ω driver, while Bluetooth 6.0 provides wireless connectivity at a stated range of 10–15m. Multipoint connectivity lets Serix work across two devices, and a dedicated Gaming Mode provides low-latency audio for gaming and video.

Through the Promate Life App, you can customize sound profiles, adjust ambient levels, personalize touch controls and locate your earbuds. The 400mAh charging case supports both USB-C and wireless charging and features a battery status display and smart in-case detection.
